Weekly Group In Studio Classes - Trenton

All classes can be attended online except for the *Specialty Classes. Inner Temple Yoga group classes online are $15 per class. Or purchase 5 group classes online for $65 that can be used at anytime.

Private classes online are $70 per session. Or purchase 5 private online sessions for $325 that can be used at any time.

Clients must have video and audio turned on. Class time and duration can change based on your scheduling needs.

Custom videos are made specific to client mobility requirements. Videos are sent to the paying client only and are available for a lifetime. 1 hour videos cost $120 each.

Inner Temple Yoga group classes in person are $20 per class. Clients can also purchase 5 group classes in person for $75 that can be used at anytime. Children aged 4-9 pay $5 to attend these classes with an adult present!

If possible, please bring your own mat, all other equipment is supplied.

These classes are $30 per class.

Pilates 

Gentle strengthening for the whole body on the floor

Sound Bath 

Instruments are played live with minimal guided meditations

Family Yoga

Children ages 6- 12 can join in fun yoga games and movements with a guardian participating

Yin Yoga

Supported poses are held for 5 minutes each. Poses work along specific meridian lines in the body creating a detoxifying effect

Stretch & Tone 

Gentle yoga including the most effective functional movements collected over a decade of experience

 Restorative Yoga 

Longer held, comfy supported poses with guided breath techniques

 Meditation 

All guided and different each week

Authentic basalt stones from the Andes are heated to aid in tension relief
