Power of Sound

Inner Temple Yoga can host this workshop in the studio, in the forest behind the studio or around the fireplace outside. We explore how sound vibration can be transformational for our physical body and our mood. There will be some guided meditation and at times we might use our voices; no previous vocal training is required.

Vayus & Koshas

Have you ever wondered if there is more to yoga than just trying to get into a pose? There are various directions in which internal energies are moving while inside each pose, optimizing their purpose further. When we focus on these movements and numerous layers of energies in the body, we provide more freedom, more health, and more understanding of why we are doing what we do.

Duration: 5 hour course, 1 hour/week

Become Reiki Certified

Inner Temple Yoga Provides Reiki Certification

¤ Graduates will be 8th inline in the Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki tradition upon completion.

¤ Each level consists of 8 hours of training with a vegetarian lunch included.

¤ This course is about connecting to divine source, opening up to lasting positive life changes.

Prerequisite: Future trainees must already be receiving Reiki treatments from Reiki Master Diana and be personally invited to join the training program.

In Person Group Reiki Level 1 Attunement: $400.00

In Person Group Reiki Level 2 Attunement: $300.00

In Person Group Master Reiki Level Attunement: $600.00 or take $100 OFF if the first two certifications were completed at the Inner Temple Yoga studio.
